RMA System

We at Thriftycomputer.com sell only top quality name brand merchandise, we do however, understand that even brand new out- of -the box products may have issues.

We offer a 30 day warranty on all products. We will take your item back for a replacement or refund. An exchange for a higher priced product is possible if buyer pays the difference.

Please note: while an item may seem defective, in many cases we are able to resolve the issue without sending the product back. Please email our knowledgeable support team at support@thriftycomputer.com and we will do our utmost to resolve it.

In line with our 100% satisfaction guarantee, we will accept items back for a refund / exchange within 14 days of delivery, if item is not as expected, not compatible or other reasons.

Item must be in the condition purchased with all included accessories for us to accept the return.

How Do I Make a Return?

1) Fill out the RMA form below. When completed an email willl be sent to you containing your RMA number. Please print out your RMA form and include it with the package being returned.

2) All merchandise purchased from ThriftyComputer is sold in its original factory packaging, unless stated otherwise, with all contents as supplied to us by the vendors. Therefore, it can not be returned unless it is in original manufacturer's packaging, in the same condition in which it was sold, and with all literature/ instructions/ documentation and blank warranty cards.

3) Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Please DO NOT place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

4) RMA numbers DO NOT guarantee final disposition. All return are subject to inspection

5) Any merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused. Please ship your return parcel via prepaid freight. We DO NOT accept COD or freight collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
