Buy secure! We warranty all items for a minimum of 60 days, some items include 1 year or longer warranty from the manufacturer, in certain cases we may repair or replace the purchased item after the 60 days.
The following criteria will void the 60 Day Warranty.
Products with any labels removed (UL listing, capacity brand name, UPC code)
Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on package or invoice (ThriftyComputer.com, LLC maintains Serial Number Tracking)
Damage: Cracked or damaged components, LCD screens or damaged circuit boards
Damage: Any dents, Scratches defacement or abuse of base casting
Damage: Water damage
Items sold as open box are covered for 90 days.
